Fair Use

The Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law has created a Web site to help scholars sort out the thorny issue of fair use. The site can be found at The Fair Use Network. This should be the first place to dirtect faculty and students if you are unsure of the answer to their question about the use of copyrighted material.
